Welcome to Escrima Concepts Norwich. We have been operating since 2013 and we are part of Escrima Concepts International, which has clubs in the UK and across Europe.
Our classes are fun and friendly, and they are open to all experience levels.
Our students are ego free
and will support you and make you feel welcome.
If you are a complete beginner that has never done any form of martial arts training, we have friendly patient instructors that will teach you from scratch.
If you are an experienced martial artist looking to try something new, we would love to see you too. We welcome anyone who is willing to learn.
We are giving away one month of free training.

Meet Our Instructors
Jason Orriss
Jason has been training in Escrima Concepts since 2007, and has been teaching since 2013. He is a Technician Grade 2 (Black Belt -2nd Dan) and teaches beginner and advanced students in Norwich.
Aletha Harman
Aletha has been training in Escrima Concepts since 2010, and has the honour of being the UK's first female Technician Grade (Black Belt) in Escrima Concepts. She teaches the beginner and advanced students, and has previously taught women's self defence classes.
Prices
You can either pay £8 per class, or pay £30 per month which gives you eight classes per month.
Both options are "Pay as you train". There are no contracts, you can leave at any time.
Yearly membership (which covers insurance) is £30.
